Ayo Online is operated by Zomola.

What deletion removes

• Your account and sign-in record.
• Your multiplayer games and your leaderboard entry.
• Games shared with another player are removed for both players, and this cannot be undone.
• Other players' lifetime totals are preserved.

Delete it yourself

Sign in, then confirm on the deletion page. For security the session must have been created in the last 10 minutes; if not, you will be asked to sign out and sign in again. Nothing is deleted until you type DELETE and confirm.

Retention

• If deletion is pending, a job holds your account identifier, status and request/attempt times until the provider deletes the account. It is retried on service startup and about once a minute while the service runs; idle periods can delay retries.
• After completion, a minimal account-identifier security marker is retained for 24 hours to block stale sessions and in-flight writes. It is removed on the next maintenance pass; removal can be delayed while the service is idle.
• Hosting backups and authentication or security logs may retain earlier records for recovery, abuse prevention, or legal obligations under each provider's retention policy. They are not part of the active game database. We do not promise instant backup erasure or a fixed provider retention period that we have not verified. Contact us for provider-specific details.
• We attempt to clear account-specific practice and preferences on the device you delete from, and tell you if your browser blocks this. Clear site data on other devices yourself.
